Research and Ethical Committee was notified by FMC in 2018. Since then, committee has been reviewing the synopses of students and faculty. Committee is maintaining the record of publications and assistance to all researchers to promote the research culture at FMC since its inception. It also motivates and helps the students in participating various research conferences at national level. The committee is accomplishing multiple tasks of review, research and development.
Research and Development (R&D) in medical education is essential to ensure that future healthcare professionals are prepared for the complex and rapidly changing landscape of modern medicine. Research is essential to groom effective, compassionate, and capable healthcare providers. In turn, this will lead to better patient care, improved health outcomes, and a more responsive healthcare system. Role of R&D in Medical Education is crucial for the training of healthcare professionals.
